The construction technology used in the GWR project show house won an award.

The award was presented at an event focusing on modern construction methods.

At the Construye Futuro Seminar, organized by the Centro Tecnológico para la Innovación en la Construcción  (CTEC) and the Cámara Chilena de la Construcción  (CChC), the GWR Project was recognized for the development of the Sustainable Social Housing pilot house, which uses pre-designed 2D panel construction technology.

The 55-square-meter prototype home includes a rooftop and wall-mounted plant installation that will be irrigated with gray water treated using technological solutions developed by the GWR Project. This allows for the reuse of the water and provides the building with thermal and acoustic insulation.

The award was presented at an event held at CTEC's Laguna Carén facilities in the Pudahuel municipality. The event featured various innovations related to design, construction, and project management and included the launch of the Modern Construction Methods Guide.
